A Prescription for Murder

Slay.me Joke of the DayA nice, calm and respectable lady went into the pharmacy, walked up to the pharmacist, looked straight into his eyes, and said, “I would like to buy some  cyanide.”

The pharmacist asked, “Why in the world do you need cyanide?”

The lady replied, “I need it to poison my husband.”

The pharmacist’s eyes got big and he exclaimed, “Lord have mercy! I can’t give you cyanide to kill your husband. That’s against the law! I’ll lose my license! They’ll  throw both of us in jail!
All kinds of bad things will happen.  Absolutely not! You CANNOT have any cyanide!”

The lady reached into her purse and pulled out a picture of her husband in bed with the pharmacist’s wife.

The pharmacist looked at the picture and replied, “Well now, that’s  different. You didn’t tell me you had a prescription.”

Meeting in Heaven

Slay.me Joke of the Day1st woman :     Hi! My name is Wanda

2nd woman :    Hi! I’m Kelly. How’d you die?

1st woman :     I froze to Death.

2nd woman :    How horrible!

1st woman :     It wasn’t so bad. After I quit shaking from the cold, I  began to get warm & sleepy and finally died a peaceful death.  What about you?

2nd woman :    I died of a massive heart attack. I suspected that my husband was cheating so I came home early to catch him in the act.  Instead, I found him all by himself  in the den watching TV.

1st woman:      So, what happened?

2nd woman :    I was so sure there was another woman there somewhere that I started running all over the house looking.  I ran into the attic and searched and down into the basement.  Then I went through every closet and checked under all the beds.  I kept this up until I had looked everywhere and finally I became so exhausted that I just keeled over with a heart attack and died.

1st woman:      Too bad you didn’t look in the freezer—we’d both still be alive.

Mad Wife Disease

Slay.me Joke of the DayA guy was sitting quietly reading his paper when his wife walked  up behind him and whacked him on the head with a magazine.

‘What was that for?’ he asked.

‘That was for the piece of paper in your pants pocket with the name Laura Lou written on it,’ she replied.

Two weeks ago when I went to the races, Laura Lou was the name of  one ofthe horses I bet on,’ he explained.

‘Oh honey, I’m sorry,’ she said. ‘I should have known there was a good explanation ‘

Three days later he was watching a ball game on TV when she walked upand hit him in the head again, this time with the iron skillet, which knocked him out cold.

When he came to, he asked, ‘What the hell was that for?’

She replied…

‘Your horse called.’
